Wisley - second installment

We bought some Strelitzia seeds in Madeira in 2003. The market trader who sold them to us said it would be a long time before they flowered like this. This year, we have one very healthy plant left and are hopeful that it will suddenly flower - just like this...

This huge glasshouse was opened two years ago and was not there last time we visited.

Inside the glasshouse.

Spectacular daffodils which were just coming to an end.
