Brit Floyd at Symphony Hall - Video 3

What about a bit more "Keep Talking"?
I will try to restrict myself to just one more video after this, as I believe that amazingly, not everyone particularly likes Pink/Brit Floyd!

Brit Floyd at Birmngham Symphony Hall

While we were moored in Birmingham we were lucky enough to catch Brit Floyd at The Symphony Hall.
Excellent - or what?
Here are a few stills of the concert.
Would you like some video?
I think you're going to get some anyway!
Look out for the next few posts with video clips...

Narrowboat Stella In Birmingham

Here we are moored at Holiday Wharf in Birmingham

Right at the foot of "The Cube"

At the top is Marco Pierre White's restaurant

Nice place for a glass or two of something with great views over Birmingham

Baddesley Clinton

On our way to our last week this year on board narrowboat "Stella" we stopped at Baddesley Clinton which is owned by the National Trust.

This is the maid's parlour

Kitchen - obviously!

Dining room

Chapel on the first floor

Luckily they had some stained glass for me to photograph so I didn't have to go in search of a church!
Very nice place to visit with good cafe, shop and very friendly enthusiastic staff and volunteers

Bosworth Battlefield

We've just been to Bosworth Battlefield with a view to taking a museum group on a visit next year.
The battlefield!

Shenton station on the Battlefield Line.
Perhaps another option for our visit?

Greenwich Pub Walk 3

We then walked across Greenwich Park and got these nice photos...

Then to the 'Richard 1' and the 'Greenwich Union' next door!

And finally to the 'Ashburnham Arms' before returning to the Docklands Light Railway to start our journey home

Greenwich Pub Walk 2

We then walked down to the River Thames and along the Thames Path to the Trafalgar Tavern

Inland a bit and across the Prime Meridian

To the Plume of Feathers for our third pint and a very good lunch indeed

Grenwich Pub "Walk"

If this is Greenwich - this must be the Cutty Sark

Would you believe we walked past this pub...

And this one...

And this one...

To get to the Coach and Horses in Greenwich Market and have our first beer!

Stafford Museum

The museum is right in the main street and certainly worth visiting

The displays are all very well presented

This is a recreation of a hardware shop in Stafford

Note the reference to the "Two Ronnies" four candles sketch
