We had our excellent evening meal at The Firecrest just outside Wendover which rounded off an interesting day. By the way, the quartermaster got all the advance orders correct and everyone got what they had ordered - I think.
I have to say that, for a non-bellringer, it was a very long day and The Times was read from cover to cover, including the boring magazines!
